Terms of Use and Service Conditions

1. Object and Scope of Services

Reis Tecnologia provides a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform focused on integrating data flows between management systems (ERPs), tax tools (eNotas), and global marketplaces (notably SHEIN). Our role is to act as a technical layer for catalog synchronization, inventory updates, and tax issuance.

2. User Responsibilities and Credential Security

The user is solely responsible for safeguarding and keeping their access credentials confidential.

• API Security: The user acknowledges that handling SHEIN "API Keys" and "Client Secrets" must be done with technical rigor. Reis Tecnologia is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by the user's negligence in managing these keys.
• Legal Use: It is forbidden to use the system to integrate products that violate SHEIN commercial policies or Brazilian law.

3. Third-Party Integrations (SHEIN | ENotas)

This is a fundamental point for using the service:

• Interdependence: The operation of Reis Tecnologia software depends on the availability of third-party APIs.
• Technical Disclaimer: We are not responsible for failures, instability, unplanned maintenance, or changes in the data structure made by SHEIN or eNotas.
• Third-Party Policies: The user must fully comply with the terms of use of each integrated marketplace.

4. Limitation of Liability and SLA

• "As-Is" Warranty: The software is provided "as is," with no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, given the nature of internet infrastructure.
• Indirect Damages: Under no circumstances shall Reis Tecnologia be liable for loss of profits, loss of marketplace sales, or indirect damages resulting from technical instability on integrated platforms.
• Tax Responsibility: Reis Tecnologia facilitates the sending of data to eNotas, but responsibility for the accuracy of tax and fiscal information remains exclusively with the user.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights to the source code, algorithms, interface design, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Reis Tecnologia Ltda. Any attempt at reverse engineering or unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

6. Suspension and Termination

Reis Tecnologia reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access in cases of:

• Proven violation of information security policies.
• Fraud or irregularity notice sent by integrated marketplaces (SHEIN).
• Non-payment or improper use of API infrastructure.

7. Privacy and LGPD

The processing of personal data under this agreement strictly follows our Privacy Policy, in compliance with Law No. 13,709/2018.

8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The Court of the District of Goiânia, GO, is elected to settle any disputes arising from this document.
