These Terms of Use govern access to and use of integration and automation services via API provided by Reis Tecnologia Ltda (CNPJ: 30.101.677/0001-87). By accessing or using our services, you fully agree with these terms, as well as with our Privacy Policy and with applicable Brazilian and international law.

1. Service Scope

Reis Tecnologia provides integration and process automation tools via APIs, acting as a technical facilitator to connect management systems (ERPs) with global e-commerce and marketplace platforms, including SHEIN.

  • Development, maintenance and support of API integrations.
  • Automation of transactional and operational workflows.
  • Monitoring, observability and audit trails.
  • Technical consulting and readiness support for third-party partner compliance.

2. License Grant

Reis Tecnologia grants the user a limited, revocable and non-exclusive license to use the software and services provided, exclusively for legitimate commercial purposes and in compliance with these terms.

  • The license is client-specific and non-transferable.
  • Rental, resale, assignment or sublicensing is prohibited without express written consent.
  • Use must be restricted to the contracted scope and authorized purposes only.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All algorithms, source code, technical infrastructure, documentation, trademarks, logos and any other material produced or developed by Reis Tecnologia are exclusive property of the company.

  • No part of the software, documentation or platform may be reproduced, modified or distributed without express authorization.
  • Any improvements or feedback provided by the client becomes intellectual property of Reis Tecnologia.
  • The client does not acquire ownership rights over the software, only limited usage rights.

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibitions

The user commits to using the services in a legal and ethical manner, in compliance with Brazilian law, LGPD, GDPR and the terms of third-party partners, especially SHEIN.

  • Prohibited: illegal scraping, unauthorized web crawling or data collection without consent.
  • Prohibited: reverse engineering, decompilation or attempts to bypass security measures.
  • Prohibited: using services for fraudulent, deceptive or third-party terms-violating activities.
  • Prohibited: transmitting malware, viruses or any malicious content.
  • Prohibited: overloading or interfering with infrastructure or normal service operation.
  • Prohibited: attempting to circumvent rate limiting or security configurations.
  • Compliance with third-party platform terms (such as SHEIN) is the exclusive responsibility of the client.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for complying with all applicable law and for data processed through Reis Tecnologia services.

  • Obtain and maintain all necessary authorizations, consents and licenses.
  • Ensure compliance with LGPD, GDPR and data protection regulations in your jurisdictions.
  • Keep credentials and access keys secure.
  • Notify Reis Tecnologia immediately in case of data breach or unauthorized access.
  • Perform regular backups of critical data.

6. Limitation of Liability

Reis Tecnologia is not responsible for interruptions, failures or unavailability caused by third parties, external factors or events beyond its direct operational control.

  • Unavailability or changes to third-party platform APIs (SHEIN, ENotas, etc.).
  • Connectivity failures, latency or internet issues on the client's end.
  • Security breaches or unauthorized access to third-party infrastructure.
  • Interruptions caused by maintenance, updates or force majeure events.
  • Indirect damages, lost profits, data loss or consequential damages.

7. Term Modifications and Termination

Reis Tecnologia reserves the right to modify these terms, service features and pricing at any time, with prior notice to the client.

  • Modifications take effect 30 days after notice, except for security or legal compliance matters.
  • Clients who do not accept modifications may terminate without penalties during the transition period.
  • Reis Tecnologia may terminate access in case of material breach, fraud or non-payment.
  • Termination for breach is immediate and may result in loss of access to processing data.

8. Disclaimers and As-Is Services

Services are provided 'as-is' without express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose or suitability for specific uses.

  • Reis Tecnologia does not guarantee 100% availability, uninterrupted uptime or error-free operation.
  • Client uses services at its own risk.
  • Backup copies and data recovery are the client's responsibility.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Brazilian law, specifically Law nº 13.709/2018 (LGPD) and other applicable laws.

  • Any dispute will first be subject to negotiation between the parties.
  • If unresolved, the parties agree to arbitration under the Brazilian Arbitration Chamber (CAB) rules.
  • Subsidiary forum: District Court of Goiânia, State of Goiás, Brazil.
